Write a poem that explores the idea of home and what it means to you. & nervousness & more books??
Taken last week during a storm, I am not sure if you can tell if it is raining or not though.
Warm and eclectic born from laughter
built with history in its bones, furnished with hope and dreams of what will be
Marks from the past healed and bandaid with pictures
Stuffed to the brim with memories
Longing to be filled with feet of all sizes and people of all ages
The siren to the soul
A place to shed the mask we wear
To be comforted by the environment curated
I hope that was a good poem? I do not know if I am much of a poet but I think I need to add it to my book sale list LOL. I think home is where the heart is or where you find yourself most at ease. Home does not have to be where you pay rent, it could be where your mom or dad or friends live. It could be a park where you feel comfort or even the beach. I have not felt comfortable in a while. I have not felt like myself for a long time. I hope to find myself soon and I hope to find a home where I can be myself.

I have a terrible headache. I do not know what the rest of the blog would be about but I wanted to discuss what I plan to discuss with my therapist. I want to just start off with what my assessments assessed (which I hope that was the correct way to type that). I also want to think of a goal sheet how long should I stay in therapy, how do I know when I am finished and how do I know when a therapist and a client are not a match made in heaven. I guess we can dive into the last couple of months ? There is only so much one can talk about at 7 am and certainly I want to make sure I do not go over an hour.
I also got some good advice to make sure I blog right after so I do not forget or so I can get it out. I hope I do not cry. In the effort to do this early and to make sure I do not fall asleep I am going to go lay down now. Thank you.
Also I was supposed to add some more books to my list:
- The Double by Fyodor Dostoevsky
"I returned to solitude and books." - Nikos Kazantzakis
