How you're different from the person at the start of the year

 HI!! Day 4 <3 


I am different a variety of reasons (at least I believe I am). I am in therapy. I am learning how and actively processing my emotions. I am happy. I am not coming off a break up. I am okay. I figured out my skin issues. I am almost done graduate school. I have a workout routine. I do word searches. I limit my screen time. I am reading more philosophy. I am reading more in general. I am not afraid for the future. I am always beginning. I am not living in the past. I am not angry. I am not sad. I am hopeful. I am unafraid. I am understanding. I am giving grace. I am empathetic. I am more honest. I am healthier. I do not give into desires. I am better. I am forgiving myself more. I am still introspective. I am still figuring out how to be. I am growing. I am in blossom.
